Shows you all the content sources your bot has learned from and lets you manage them.

  1. Access Trained Files
    • Go to BuildData SourceAll Trained Files
    • You’ll see a list of all your content sources
  2. Review Your Content
    • See all uploaded files, websites, and connected services
    • Check the processing status for each item
    • View upload dates and file sizes
  3. Manage Individual Items
    • Refresh: Re-process content if it’s been updated
    • Remove: Delete content that’s no longer needed
    • View: See what content was extracted from each source

Understanding the Display #

  • File name/URL: Shows the source of the content
  • Type: Indicates whether it’s a file, website, or integration
  • Status: Shows if processing was successful
  • Date: When the content was added or last updated
  • Size: Amount of content processed
