- Access Trained Files
- Go to Build → Data Source → All Trained Files
- You’ll see a list of all your content sources
- Review Your Content
- See all uploaded files, websites, and connected services
- Check processing status for each item
- View upload dates and file sizes
- Manage Individual Items
- Refresh: Re-process content if it’s been updated
- Remove: Delete content that’s no longer needed
- View: See what content was extracted from each source
Understanding the Display #
- File name/URL: Shows the source of the content
- Type: Indicates whether it’s a file, website, or integration
- Status: Shows if processing was successful
- Date: When the content was added or last updated
- Size: Amount of content processed
